This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. We only handle your data when you buy or subscribe.

Who is responsible

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site and knowing which pages are read.

Buying a template

Purchases are handled by TODO: Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for your payment data. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver the file, answer support questions and keep accounting records. Legal basis: performing our contract with you and our legal duty to keep accounting records. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, in the Czech Republic up to 10 years.

The newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC), to send you new templates and guides. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes you from future sends.

Emails you send us

We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer them and to handle any related purchase.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Kit and the store may process data in the United States. They rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and take it to another service. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or the authority in your country.
