If a template doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, you get your money back.

If something is wrong with the file

Write to [email protected] within 30 days of buying. Tell us which template and what goes wrong. We aim to send a fixed file within 7 days. If we can't, or you'd rather not wait, we refund the full price.

The 14-day withdrawal right in the EU

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital files the right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed at checkout to get the file straight away and confirmed you understood you would lose the right to withdraw. The checkout asks for this before you pay. If you haven't downloaded the file yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days by emailing us.

Where refunds come from

Refunds are paid by the store that took your payment, to the same card or account, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
